PT999 Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing PT999 — whether through the website at pt999.vin, the PT999 mobile app or any other platform interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form the complete agreement between you and PT999 regarding your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the PT999 platform. Continued use of PT999 following any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We will notify users of material changes where reasonably practicable.

02 Eligibility

To use PT999 you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one PT999 account only. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. PT999 is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect contact details, mobile numbers or payment information provided during registration.

You must keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. Do not share your account access with any other person. PT999 staff will never ask for your password through any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you should contact PT999 support immediately.

PT999 reserves the right to merge accounts, void duplicate registrations and restrict or close accounts where multiple account activity is detected.

04 Deposits & Payments

PT999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfers
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfers
• Raast — instant bank payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfers
• Mobile Wallets & Cards — additional debit/credit card and wallet options

All deposits are processed in PKR without any currency conversion. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit screen within your account. PT999 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your bank or wallet provider.

Deposits should only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. PT999 may request verification if a deposit appears to originate from a third-party account. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals may be held pending review and returned to source.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

PT999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• A wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds. You must wager the specified multiple of the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The exact requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance. Real money is used first in gameplay unless the specific promotion states a different order.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash outside of wagering completion.
• PT999 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any qualifying wagering completed to that point will be honoured.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per IP address.
• Bonuses claimed through promotional abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting or use of automated play — will be voided.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, where that method supports withdrawals. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, PT999 will process to an alternative verified method on your account.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the request.
• Your account must be verified before withdrawals above a certain threshold are processed. PT999 may request identity documents (CNIC or passport) to complete verification.
• Bonus funds must meet their full wagering requirement before they — or winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn.
• PT999 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes set by your account's VIP tier. Bronze accounts receive standard processing; Silver and Gold receive priority processing; Platinum and Diamond members benefit from same-day or near-instant processing.
• PT999 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that arise from patterns of play that suggest abuse of the platform.

Withdrawals are paid in PKR directly to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your nominated bank account. PT999 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on PT999 — including slot games, live casino tables, fish shooting games and sports betting markets — operate under individual game rules. These rules are accessible within each game or market before play begins. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

Slot games on PT999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Each spin is an independent event — previous results have no effect on future outcomes. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles and represent long-run statistical averages, not guarantees of individual session results.

For live casino tables, the outcome of each round is determined by real physical processes — cards, wheels or dice — conducted by a live dealer. PT999 live casino games are streamed from verified studios and are subject to independent testing and oversight.

Sports betting odds and markets, including cricket, PSL, T20, football and esports, are subject to change up until the market is closed or the event begins. Bets placed on closed markets are final. In the event of a match cancellation, postponement or abandonment, PT999's individual market rules will determine whether bets are settled, voided or held.

08 VIP Programme

PT999 operates a five-tier VIP programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity across all games on the platform. The specific wagering thresholds for each tier are displayed in the VIP section of your account.

VIP benefits including cashback, enhanced withdrawal limits and priority processing are attached to your current active tier. If your wagering activity falls below the threshold required to maintain a tier during a review period, your tier may be adjusted downward. PT999 will communicate any downgrade with reasonable notice.

• Cashback is calculated on net losses within the qualifying period and credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• PT999 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits and cashback rates. Active members will be notified of material changes.
• VIP status does not override any account restriction, bonus abuse finding or responsible gaming limit applied to an account.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PT999 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to place bets, influence game outcomes or manipulate the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from an exploited error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse — including structured play designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — or collusion with other players to extract bonus value.
• Attempting to launder funds through the PT999 platform. All suspicious financial activity is subject to review and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Using PT999 for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.

PT999 takes a firm approach to prohibited conduct. Accounts found in breach of these provisions will not have funds returned where the breach is connected to the balance held.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

PT999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate conduct directed at PT999 staff or other players.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under responsible gaming provisions.

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, PT999 will determine whether any outstanding balance is eligible for withdrawal depending on the nature of the breach. Balances arising directly from prohibited conduct or bonus abuse will not be returned. Where closure is not related to a breach — such as a voluntary closure request — any verified real money balance will be returned via your registered payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting PT999 support. Requests will be processed promptly and any eligible balance returned to your verified payment method.

11 Responsible Gaming

PT999 is committed to providing an entertainment platform that Pakistani players can enjoy safely. We recognise that a small number of players may experience difficulties with gaming and we take that seriously.

14 Changes to Terms
